Global Ispat Koksna Industrija d.o.o. Lukavac is a company with three levels of management and a supervisory structure consisting of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and the Assembly.

Sustainable corporate governance is the basis for our decision-making and monitoring process within the Company, where the focus is on long-term success, transparent information and the fulfillment of the Company’s goals in the interest of all our bodies.

The company is managed by the Management Board consisting of four members. The Managing Director heads the company, and the other three members are the Executive Director for Production and Technical Affairs (PTP), the Executive Director for Commercial Affairs and Marketing and the Executive Director for Economic and Financial Affairs.

The Management Board reports to the Supervisory Board and the Assembly according to the internal acts and legal regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina that stipulate the organization and structure of the limited liability company.
